THE PERFECT RETREAT

If you’ve been following my journey, you probably know how deeply I value music, food, travel, and the joy of sharing these experiences with friends. One of my most cherished memories is visiting a Spanish friend who lived in a traditional cave in Sacromonte, Granada. That night, with the moody backdrop of Flamenco music, homemade Jamón, and perfect wine, we created an unforgettable evening. This blend of music, culinary delight, and stunning surroundings has always been my ideal. For me, that is what a true musical feast looks like, and one component cannot be without the other. I’m incredibly excited to invite you to a special music retreat at a beautiful Quinta in Portugal. Portugal is a place where everything comes together: the Ukulele’s roots, its vibrant musical culture, and its delicious food. Whether you’re a beginner, an experienced Ukulele player, or you are simply passionate about music and food, this retreat will offer something for everyone. We’ll have workshops, jam sessions, and the chance to savor organic local food amidst Portugal’s breathtaking landscapes. In the coming pages, I’ll share more details about this unique experience. WHAT TO EXPECT

There will be fun workshops designed for all skill levels, where you'll get to experiment with Portuguese music and culture. Whether you're just starting out or refining your skills, these daily sessions offer something for everyone. In the evenings, we’ll come together for laid-back jam sessions, giving you the chance to connect with fellow musicians and express your creativity. Expect lots of shared music, laughter, and the pure joy of playing together!

THE ACCOMMODATION

Just an hour from Lisbon, this enchanting 19th-century Quinta lies in the heart of a peaceful valley, offering the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and nature. Set among olive and fig trees, the Quinta invites you to unwind by the pool, relax on your private terrace, or explore the gardens. Venture onto nearby trails, where you may encounter the majestic Lusitano horses that roam the area. The Quinta is just 15 minutes from Golegã, the famed "capital of the Lusitano horse," where equestrian heritage runs deep. Located in the Ribatejo region, this retreat is surrounded by rich history, with three UNESCO World Heritage sites less than an hour away. Here, tranquility meets tradition, offering a truly unique Portuguese escape.

FLAVORS OF PORTUGAL

Our retreat will feature exceptional, farm-to-table catering provided by a local caterer who grows all their produce on a farm neighboring the Quinta. Using only seasonal and organic ingredients, our private chef will take care of all meals throughout the retreat, ensuring each dish reflects the freshest flavors of the region. To complement the cuisine, we will also offer a curated selection of Portuguese wines, adding the perfect touch to each meal. With a focus on sustainability and quality, every dining experience will be crafted to offer an authentic taste of Portugal.

4-night stay at a traditional Portuguese Quinta
3 daily meals (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) prepared by a private chef, using fresh ingredients from an organic farm—featuring delicious Portuguese wine
